1. Construction or Commercial property experience ( not real estate sales, they don't do that). Both would be ideal
2. Corporate accounting ( No AP, AR, payroll), mostly reconciling to the GL.
3. Excel: must be able to do pivot tables, and take formulas from a previous quarter's spreadsheet, copy the formulas into a new spreadsheet and adjust the formulas to the current quarter.
